The Founder Institute (FI) is the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator. We’ve helped launch over 6,500 companies in 200+ cities globally, which have raised in total over $1.75BN of funding. 

We’re looking for a Regional Success Manager with a love for startups to join our team. We are based in Silicon Valley and have remote team members across Colorado, New York, Pennsylvania, Bulgaria, India, the U.K, and Brazil. The ideal candidate can thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous and exciting startup environment. This role is 100% remote and will report to our Regional Accelerator Director.

As a Regional Manager, you will:

• Communicate professionally and effectively with C-level professionals around the world as the primary point of contact for our global network of Local Leaders
• Participate in weekly progression calls with leaders
• Manage a subset of 30 - 45 Accelerator Programs globally
• Assist with Accelerator operations, including configuration and logistics to ensure procedures are followed accurately
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Marketing teams to improve processes and effectiveness and to execute ambitious global growth goals
• Review the results and make suggestions to improve recruitment and operations as needed
• This is an extremely fast-paced environment with daily deadlines. The successful candidate will need to learn the role quickly and will be able to thrive under pressure.
• Onboarding new clients and maintaining existing cities. Work directly with leaders to schedule, launch, and monitor programs.
• Provide support in new hire training, process improvements, site testing, and other projects on an as-needed basis
• Help co-lead Regional programs as a Local Leader Recruitment (http://fi.co/lead)
• Build and maintain solid, trusting relationships for long-term local leadership teams
• Evaluate and iterate on processes to build a higher level of efficiency
• Perform market research and develop strategic operating plans for new and existing Founder Institute Accelerators
• The candidate must be able to work late evenings to join weekly early morning meetings in California

Your Background and Skills:

• A self-starter who can take on a project and manage the execution in line with company strategies
• Think holistically and creatively about how to provide the best solution 
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and autonomous time management
• Experience working remotely and with distributed teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• BA/BS in Business, Economics, or other business-related field
• At least 3-5 years of progressive professional experience, preferably at a startup 
• Fluent in English
